When Trevor & are were completing Phase 1 of our Modern Farmhouse Build we were scraping every last penny for finishing touches on our house. To build and develop property from the ground up so much of our funds went to the septic, well, fencing, pg&e, and so many items I did think that took as much money as they did. When we were at the finishing touches phase we wanted to get in the house to start living in it but we were on a major budget. We styled our small bathroom with simple farmhouse decor and I love the way it turned out. I have been asked about the items we used in here and I finally compiled a blog post with all of the information for you. Here is the first item I am sharing that is:

I love an amazing gold mirror with vintage touches. I have vintage style mirror hung around our house that I just can not get enough of!

Antique Farmhouse Vanity:

The vanity that we have in my bathroom was one that I inherited from my Grandma and I wanted to keep a warm touch to our bathroom. We cut into the dresser or sink vanity and placed the sink off to the side to make room for counter space since we were working with a small bathroom.
