Hey friends! Creating some rhythm as a stay at home mom has taken a few months for me but I want to share one of my favorite go to shakes I take before the gym, after and even as a snack because all the ingredients are so healthy.
The best part about this shake is the protein. Or the chocolate… I’m still deciding. But the protein will keep you full all morning long, so you’re not craving a snack an hour later. I use frozen bananas to make the shake like a milkshake consistency
So, you’re basically getting dessert for breakfast, packed full of protein, and all in one glass. Does it really get any better than that?
Protein is essential for after workout recovery and to build muscles.
